Right of withdrawal

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Brass Innovations GmbH by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, do not belong to any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.

General Information

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return goods to us freight collect.

3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
